2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We may collect your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, Passport/ID details, Travel preferences, Accessibility/medical/dietary requirements, Emergency contacts, Companion details etc.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We collect data directly from you or from the brand/organisation that ran the promotion including but not limited to Prize fulfilment, Travel booking, Legal/immigration requirements, Customer support, Fraud prevention etc.

4. PURPOSE AND LAWFUL BASIS

Purpose: Administering and providing your prize as described in the competition or promotion terms.

Lawful basis: Contractual necessity; Legal obligation; Legitimate interests; and Explicit consent (for special category data).

We will not use your information for marketing unless you give separate, clear consent for that purpose.

5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

Shared only with: Airlines, hotels, transport providers; Event organisers; IT partners; Authorities (where required). We do not sell your personal data.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Where transfers occur outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy, SCCs, or the UK IDTA.

7. RETENTION

We retain your data as below unless longer is required for legal or audit purposes.

Booking data: up to 6 years; Passport/ID: deleted after travel; Special category data: deleted after use.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your UK GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdraw consent.
