Shark Reef Encounter, London
This brand new attraction at the London Aquarium is home to a shoal of around 20 sharks -including brown sharks and black-tip reef sharks. Visitors pass along a five-metre-long glass walkway to see the creatures swimming inches beneath their feet. The display includes a shipwreck and reconstructions of the Easter Island heads.

3D Pancake Making Masterclass, London
Experimental food experts Polly Betton and Andrew Stellitano lead a masterclass to reveal how they create edible 3D landscapes – including desert islands, volcanoes, icebergs, rapids, and forests – from pancakes!

The Forbidden Corner, North Yorkshire
Built in the four-acre gardens of Tupgill Park in the Dales, it’s a warren of labyrinths, follies and secret doors. War Horse Puppetry Workshop, London
