The Tea & Dine experience at its Chinese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun, encourages guests to tuck into a stunning selection of traditional Cantonese fare accompanied by a perfect range of teas. The lunch package, which is made up of five courses, includes Kurobuta pork with jasmine pearl tea or stir-fried phoenix prawn with longjing tea. Those splashing out on the luxury dinner will enjoy six courses including baked lamb chop with golden phoenix tea and steamed bai ling mushroom and seafood with rain flower tea. If you’d like to offer your winners a similar experience without the airfare, then London’s five-star Royal Garden Hotel offers a Dim Sum Chinese Tea menu on weekday lunchtimes, complete with impressive views of London’s skyline from the tenth-floor vantage point of its Chinese restaurant.
